VOTING IS NOW CLOSED In a record breaking ballot of the UK Youth Parliament, over 65,000 young people casted their votes to determine five issues to be debated in the House of Commons on 4th November. After much consideration, Kingston’s Member of Youth Parliament, Stefeni Cownley, has resigned from her role. This means that Rhammel Afflick (previously Deputy Member of Youth Parliament) will now represent young people as the new MYP for Kingston!

On Tuesday 30th November 2010, after receiving weather warnings from the Met Office, Londoners finally received the snow they had been warned about. For the first time since last January when we received the worst snow and ice for 35 years, we were faced with the troubling challenge of overcoming the snow once again.
